Phase One of St. Benedict’s Master Plan was the construction of the St. Anne Center.

What is the total size of the Phase One building? 22,000 square feet

What is included in Phase One?

What is the cost for Phase One?

Construction cost: about $9,300,000. Acquisition of land and specials: about $1,000,000.

How was the project paid for?

The 2017-2022 Capital Campaign raised $2,000,000.

What items from the old church were incorporated into the new facility?

What happened to the other items?

Religious art which were used in the Phase One building have been put into storage. It will be incorporated into the design of the future church. Other items (for example, the kitchen stoves, refrigerators, furniture, etc.) were disposed of.

What is the seating capacity?

More than 500 chairs can be set up in the social hall for the celebration of Mass. Additional overflow seating can be set up in the lobby.

For social events, there is room for 41 round tables; with 8 chairs each, that is a total of 328 persons.

When did the parish move?

The parish offices opened at the new site on Monday, March 25, 2024.

The first Mass at our new location was the Easter Vigil celebrated on Saturday, March 30, 2024.

When will the church built?

It has not yet been determined when the church itself will be designed or built.
