World Day of the Poor 2025: “You Are My Hope”
At the end of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, Pope Francis established the World Day of the Poor in his Apostolic Letter Misericordia et Misera (issued on November 20, 2016). It has been celebrated annually on the Thirty-Third Sunday in Ordinary Time since 2017. In 2025, it will be celebrated on November 16th.
